As we embark on this hike together, we ask that all participants help maintain the spirit of modesty, mutual respect, and Islamic values throughout the day. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to uphold the following guidelines:
Gender Interaction & Boundaries
- Minimal Interaction: Please avoid interaction between brothers and sisters unless absolutely necessary.
- Indirect Communication: If a message needs to be passed to the opposite group, kindly go through one of the event volunteers.
- Group Division: During the hike, brothers and sisters will walk in separate groups, maintaining respectful distance.
- Walking Formation: A male lead will guide the front of the hike. Brothers will walk in the front section with male volunteers spaced throughout. Female participants will walk in the rear section, led by a female guide, with male volunteers maintaining separation and female volunteers offering support.
- Coach Seating: Sisters will board first and sit towards the back. Brothers will board after and sit at the front.
- Coach Etiquette: Please remain seated unless necessary and avoid cross-group conversations.
These guidelines are not meant to restrict but to protect the atmosphere of modesty, safety, and community. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
