Refunds And Returns
- We take pride in preparing your order efficiently but ensuring it reaches you in the condition you'd expect.
- However if this isn't the case, we will do everything we can to fix it! Please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of issue within 14 days of receipt. We will try our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please contact us ASAP.
- Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition, unless specified as damaged during transit. Return postage is at the buyer's own cost and risk. We advise for all items to be returned via tracked mail.
- We do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping details, you will have to wait for your order to be returned back to our HQ.
- No refunds will be given for any items that go missing in the post and a claim will be made to Parcelforce / Royal Mail.
- We can not accept returns for the 'Custom designs' (Names) this is due to it being custom to you. If your item gets returned to us due to incorrect shipping details you will either have to pay for your items to be re-sent or you will be able to get refunded for items that are refundable. (All items except 'Custom designs)
