When and where are we meeting?

We’ll be meeting at Wembley Park Station at 6:15am sharp on Saturday, 6th December 2025. The coach will depart shortly after – if you miss the coach, we’ll unfortunately have to leave without you, so please arrive on time.

What time will we return?

We’re expected to return to Wembley Park Station by 8:30pm, InshaAllah, depending on traffic and conditions.

What should I bring with me?

  • Comfortable walking/hiking shoes
  • Weather-appropriate clothing (waterproofs recommended)
  • Packed lunch and snacks
  • Water bottle
  • Any other personal essentials
  • Prayer mat & Turba

Is there a refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable, as we need to secure and pre-book the coach in advance. Please make sure you can attend before signing up.

Will there be separate spaces for brothers and sisters?

Yes – there will be appropriate seating arrangements on the coach, and brothers and sisters will hike in separate groups on the day to help minimise interaction and maintain the spirit of the event.

Can I make my own way there instead of taking the coach?

Yes, you're welcome to make your own way to the hike location. We just kindly ask that you consider making a small optional donation to help us cover costs and keep events like this running in the future.

How difficult is the hike?

It’s a moderate, circular hike, featuring a 1,500 ft elevation gain. Expect some steep, rocky and uneven sections. Suitable for those with basic fitness, we’ll keep a steady, inclusive pace with breaks. Proper footwear essential.
